What a day, 33 km through great protected woods - nature reserves. Even if the most time I walked down the hill, the view I had to walk up, were really tough. On of it took me 45 minutes. But I establishesd my 20 or 50 steps program. Walk 20 or 50 steps and than make a 1 to 3 minutes rest and concentrate on the own breath. In and out.. feel the breath, and than walk the bnext 20 or 50 steps. It is possible to transfer it to the real life. You have a goal, a hill you have to walk up? Than write down the 20 or the 50 single steps you will have to do to reach the summit / your goal. Work step on step and breat in between if it is important. Don´t look back. Look forward and ask yourself: what I don´t understand? how can it become better? what does it need to become better? And what else is possible? .. It is my mantra and it works a bit while I must go up again and again . Try it and let yourself be surprised by the answers you will get. .... And next to it: You will walk up the hill to the summit.
Here in Petersberg we will plant tomorrow the 4th the TREE of MEMORY (17.4.2018) and I will stay for 3 days minimum until I will walk to Ittenbach, where the next tree will be planted.
And if you will ever see the doors at the dome of Fulda, see the silver door fittings - they are made by my host Markus ... who is now on his way to Italy to win the championship in Knight fighting (20.4.2018).
